This website is operated by Syed Decor. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to show colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary and marble-effect surfaces have natural variation in pattern — no two pieces are identical.

We may change prices, withdraw a product, or correct an error in a listing at any time without notice. If we have to cancel an order because of a pricing or stock error, we will tell you before dispatch and you will owe nothing.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we accept it, not when you place it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we cannot verify the delivery address or phone number, or if an order appears fraudulent.

Orders are cash on delivery. You agree to accept and pay for the parcel at the address you gave us.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.

Returns

Returns are covered by our Return and refund policy.

Product use

Our organizers are made for household use on a flat, stable surface. Do not overload a shelf, stand on a piece, or use it as a step. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse.
