Where we ship

Syed Decor ships anywhere in Pakistan. All orders are dispatched from Multan. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.

Delivery charges

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 per order, to any address in Pakistan. The charge is the same whether you order one piece or several, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm.

How long it takes

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and reach you 3 to 5 working days after that. Remote areas can take a little longer. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched we send the tracking details to the phone number on your order. If you have not heard from us within three working days of ordering, message us on WhatsApp at +92 307 2477138 and we will check on it.

Payment

Orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged before that. Please keep the exact amount ready, including the Rs 250 delivery charge.

If nobody is available

Couriers normally attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge applies to redelivery.

Damaged in transit

Check the parcel in front of the courier where you can. If a piece arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost to you.
